Need Single occupancy Female (strictly) roommate at Jai Bheema Nagar, BTM 1st Stage(Landmark: Gangotri Circle/ Udupi Garden/AXA Building) from April last week or 1st May onwards. The room has individual bathroom with geyser. Kitchen is fully setup. The house is newly built with good flooring and well maintained with 24 hours security. The person which you would have to share the flat with, is a very friendly and jovial female and an awesome company to stay with.:-) Rent is just Rs. with Rs. 75 maintenance and Rs. security deposit (a throw away price..isn't it !) Grocery shop is just next to the apartment and local market/bus stop (where you get almost everything) is on walking distance. Maid available.
