Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot XP, Windows 7 and Microsoft Office 2007 and any other authorized desktop applications. Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers, computer hardware and any other authorized peripheral equipment. Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers and any other authorized peripheral equipment. Performs remedial repairs on computers, laptops, printers and any other authorized peripheral equipment. Handling routine desktop and laptop support issues, which include installing and re-installing Operating Systems (OS), drivers, applications, configuring devices, MS-Office, MS-Outlook, among others. Providing network support which includes configuring IP's, proxy settings and handling of Network ports issue among others. Troubleshooting network connectivity (LAN & WLAN) issues. Installing desktop and hardware such as CD-ROM, sound cards, additional network cards, among others. Installing and providing supports for Antivirus and Anti spywares softwares which is includes Norton, Kaspersky, and System center end point. Configuring print devices (network and local) on desktops Installation and supports of corporate applications java, eclipse, toad, oracle, Sql developer, tomcat etc. Performed various troubleshooting and maintenance operations in Windows System and Desktop and Laptop environments.
