To operationally manage Non Voice Process Respond to Query/Complaint/Request from customers including & nbsp follow-up and close looping (Voice and Email). Support includes& nbsp (applicable to all processes/queues): Internal mails from executives on behalf of customer. Resolving logs received at Customer Service related to Written Correspondence. Coordination with resolution owners & amp sending final confirmation/acknowledgement to customers for forwarded logs (complaint/ request). Retention Activity Online retention to be maintained by retaining & nbsp customers who insist to cancel line by sending an email. Call back customers for identified cases if required to ensure complete customer satisfaction before closure of case. Excellent communication skills (Mandatory) Typing speed - 25 to 30 Accuracy should be above 85% (Mandatory) Freshers can also apply Qualification: B.E/B.Tech are Eligible All UG Gradudates are eligible. Candidates those who have International voice process experience will be an added advantage. BE / B.Tech Passed out are NOT Eligible Salary & amp Shift timings: _ Salary - 12K to 16K For female No Night shifts For male Rotational shift Notice period: Immediate joining, Kindly walk-in to the following Venue.
