Experience of 1 year as a QA is preferred. Prior experience in Voice process as a CCE can apply. Age preferred: 18 to 28 yrs. Job Responsibilities: 1. Barging outbound calls of the agents. 2. Need to provide feedback to the agents for improvement. 3. Have to take feedback calls of the UK customers 4. Provide process training once in a month. 5. Have to manage the floor.
