Opening for the position of Technical Support Engineers We have opening for the position of Technical Support Engineers in a leading KPO/ITES MNC for flight operation inbound process under third party payroll. Experience: 6 months and above in Technical Support (Preferably Voice Process). However, since this is a support process of a leading Airline Apps. Call volume would be minimum. Exposure: IOS/Android/Windows/Java Support exposure would be preferred; however any technical support executive or engineer can apply for the same. Eligibility: (Mandatory Criteria): Candidate must be from following educational background only. BE/B.Tech/BCA/BScIT/ME/M.Tech/MCA/MScIT with good interpersonal skills. Job Description: Job assigned to a mobile application support 24X7 related to airline industries. Candidate with exposure or knowledge or concept basic understanding of Java would be preferred. Nominal voice support to be provided. Remuneration: Best as per industry standards, however based on last or present remuneration. No pick and drop would be provided since no odd hours included. Other facilities like O.T.,shift allowance, food vouchers, mediclaim or medical insurance would be provided. Candidate should be flexible to work in rotational shifts as per roaster.
