Dear Candidate, We have urgent requirement in our esteemed international BPO for the position of Customer Care Executive, Sup Caller for outbound sales Tech Support. Desire Profile: • Candidates must be very fluent in English. • Candidate should familiar on Rotational Shift. • Minimum Qualification is 10+2 / Undergraduate/Graduate. • Candidates should have basic knowledge of Computer. • Candidates should be willing to work in rotational shifts KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Handling Outbound Calls. (International) • Convincing customers about the product & its functionality. • Good convincing skill required. • Should have a flair for sales. Shift Timings: 2pm-10pm & 10 pm-6am (Weekly Rotational) Walkin on –Monday to Saturday Interview Time: 2.30pm to 6pm. Carry 1 Updated cv and 1 photo.
