Job Description: - Inbound Customer Service / Upselling. Job Description:  Candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills  Candidate should have 6 Months to 3 years of experience in Customer Support Voice Process.  Prior experience in Customer Service industry will be an added advantage.  Should be open to work in Night shifts..  Responsible for dealing with International Clients.  Responsible for dealing with Clients’ Queries.  Minimum of One years of customer interaction or customer support experience strongly.  Previous experience mentoring peers or leading a project strongly preferred.  Previous negotiation skills strongly preferred.  Must be willing to work in an environment that requires some amount of phone-based customer interaction.  Proficiency with expert computer functions including MS Office suite strongly preferred.  “Excellent communication with international voice experience”.
