Job Description: - Inbound Customer Service / Upselling. Job Description: Candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills Candidate should have 6 Months to 3 years of experience in Customer Support Voice Process. Prior experience in Customer Service industry will be an added advantage. Should be open to work in Night shifts.. Responsible for dealing with International Clients. Responsible for dealing with Clients’ Queries. Minimum of One years of customer interaction or customer support experience strongly. Previous experience mentoring peers or leading a project strongly preferred. Previous negotiation skills strongly preferred. Must be willing to work in an environment that requires some amount of phone-based customer interaction. Proficiency with expert computer functions including MS Office suite strongly preferred. “Excellent communication with international voice experience”.
