Payroll Training: 1) Training will be given for 1 month. If you are not perfect in any topic I can extent for more days if require. 2) I have around 4 years of experience. My experience as payroll was in Infosys Ltd, Samsung, and Wipro. Right now I am working in MNC. And I am also handling small SME’S as a payroll consultant. 3) Please Note: Training will not be given on Saturdays and Sundays. 4) Please Note: Training will not be given on working hours. Working Hours Include Mon to Fri (10 AM to 7 PM) where it is completely my office working hours. 5) Training might be in morning or evening according to your convenience. (6 AM to 9 AM) AND (7.30 to ) Complete practical training course. You will be give practical problems and solutions. 7) Material and free payroll software CD will be given to you. 8) At least 2 Payroll Software training. Practical problems on payroll software. 9) After training you will be able to do complete payroll process for minimum 150 employees. 10) All PF, PT and ESI forms will be given to you and forms will be filled by you. So that you get practical experience. Real time training is plus point for candidates. Small projects will be given to candidates and they have to work on it. Tax planning, Tax Slab rates, Exemptions. • Bonus, Gratuity. • Statutory Forms Filing • Calculation of Net & Gross Salary • CTC Designing, CTC break up as per offer letter. • Designing the pay slip with all statutory and other deductions. • Preparing payroll summary. • Details Required for Employee DATABASE • Preparation of Salary Break- Monthly and Annual. • Overtime Calculation • Pay slip in Excel • Payroll Software • Statutory Compliances – Contract Labor Act / Workman Compensation Act. / Factories Act. / Minimum Wages Act / Maternity Benefits / Bombay Shop Act. Etc…(Documentation /Procedure) • PF / ESI / PT Government Online Submission (ECR, Challan, Half yearly-Annual Returns. Reimbursements, Local conveyance, Relocation Leave Encashment. • All the above calculation on payroll software as well as Execl. • Advance Excel: VLookup, Pivot tables, Short cut Keys, Formulas,Auto and Advance Filters, Sorting, Splits and Freeze panes, Conditional Formatting. After the training candidate able to use all the above functions independently.
