CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE NON IT VOICE INTERNATIONAL CALLS

Purpose:- Answer incoming calls from customers to take orders, answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities *Answer calls and respond to emails *Research required information using available resources *Manage and resolve customer complaints *Provide customers with product and service information *Enter customer information into system *Update existing customer information *Process orders *Identify and escalate priority issues *Follow up customer calls where necessary *Document all call information according to standard operating procedures Education and Experience:- -High school diploma or equivalent -Proficient in relevant computer applications -Required language proficiency -Knowledge of customer service principles and practices -Knowledge of call center telephony and technology -Experience in a call center or customer service environment -Good data entry and typing skills -Key Competencies -Verbal and written communication skills -Listening skills -Problem analysis and problem solving -Customer service orientation -Organizational skills -Attention to detail -Judgemental skills -Adaptability -Team work -Stress Management -Resilience Work Window: 7.30pm -6.30am IST (any 9 hours) Weekoff: Rotational Week Off Work EXP - 6months - 1yr Pay scale: Best in the Industry Sr CSE Executive:- Job Responsibilities: > Serves customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems. Job Duties: >Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services. >Maintains customer records by updating account information. >Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. >Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs. >Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. >Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
