Engineer would need to help to build out, maintain, and troubleshoot our expanding infrastructure. Engineer will be responsible for L1 support for systems (Laptop, desktops, printers, switches, etc.) with 2-5 years’ experience. Contract Period: 12 Months Responsibilities: 1. Installation, configuration, test and maintain windows client operating systems (windows 7/8/8.1/10). 2. Good knowledge of desktop /laptop printer/scanner/projector/ Bio-metric devices related issues (hardware /software) 3. Any Software issues in the desktop / Laptop. 4. Network connection issues. 5. Desktop / laptop audit and IT policy check 6. New activity from environ / laptop end (new dat file installation, new OS/ software installation etc.) 7. New IT asset purchase (if required) plan as per instructions from IT Manager 8. Security Patching for Microsoft and other applicable products 9. Remote support to the users through remote desktop applications (TeamViewer, any desk etc.) 10. Basic knowledge of software installation and troubleshooting on client systems. 11. Ability to solve issue independently. Hands on experience with outlook, MS office and Microsoft related issues. 12. Co-ordinating with vendors, ISPs for Internet and MPLS line and hardware /service related problems. 13. Managing Dell /Lenovo/HP hardware’s (desktop/laptops). 14. IT policy implementation and compliance check within the organisation. 15. Inventory management. 16. Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies Qualification: ·Diploma or Graduation or equivalent ·CCNA, MSCA,MCSE,MCITP will be preferred. ·Basic knowledge of Linux operating system will be preferred. ·Should have worked at L1 level for 2-5 years. ·Should have good knowledge of Microsoft operating system (clients). ·Good communication skill. ·Ability to solve issues independently
