Description Four Channel 12V Relay Board: A relay is an electrically operated switch. Current flowing through the coil of the relay creates a magnetic field which attracts a lever and changes the switch contacts. The coil current can be on or off so relays have two switch positions. Relays are used where it is necessary to control a circuit by a low-power signal (with complete electrical isolation between control and controlled circuits), or where several circuits must be controlled by one signal. The board has FOUR relay which works on 12V but the input signal can come directly from microcontroller output working at 3V or 5V to control relays. Each relay can switch varierty of AC or DC high voltage, high current loads working at 110V or 220V AC mains like lights, fans, motors and such. The status of relay is indicated by the RED Led. This is a 4 channel relay board operates on 12V. Can be used directly to control 240V power appliance from most of the microcontrollers and other control system circuits. They are capable of encoding information which consists of N address bits and 12 N data bits. Each address/ data input can be set to one of the two logic states. The programmed addresses/data are transmitted together with the header bits via an RF or an infrared transmission medium upon receipt of a trigger signal. The capability to select a TE trigger on the HT12E or a DATA trigger on the HT12A further enhances the application flexibility of the 2 12  series of encoders. The HT12A additionally provides a 38kHz carrier for infrared systems.     The HT 12D   Decoders are a series of CMOS LSIs for remote control system applications. They are paired with Holtek s HT 12E series of encoders (refer to the encoder/decoder cross reference table). For proper operation, a pair of encoder/decoder with the same number of addresses and data format should be chosen. The decoders receive serial addresses and data from a programmed HT 12E series of encoders that are transmitted by a carrier using an RF or an IR transmission medium. They compare the serial input data three times continuously with their local addresses. If no error or unmatched codes are found, the input data codes are decoded and then transferred to the output pins. The VT pin also goes high to indicate a valid transmission. The HT 12D series of decoders are capable of decoding informations that consist of N bits of address and 12N bits of data. Of this series, the HT12D is arranged to provide 8 address bits and 4 data bits, and HT12F is used to decode 12 bits of address information. Description L298N is a kind of high voltage, high current motor driver chip produced by ST company. Having 15 pins as package, this chip has such features as high working voltage(maximum voltage up to 46V), large output current(instantaneous peak current up to 3A, continuous working current 2A) and 25W of rated power. Two built-in H birdge high voltage and large current full bridge drivers can be used to drive the DC motor and stepper motor, relay coil and so on. Using standard logic level signal control, it has two enable control ends.
