JOB DESCRIPTION: Sr. No Role & Responsibilities: 1 To ensure clearing of trial awaited GRN in time and receive payment 2 To resolve customer complaint within 48hrs 3 To analyse customer complaints and ensure CAPA to achieve zero customer complaints 4 To ensure the dispatches of FOC's in committed time. 5 To implement and maintain Service Policies so as to satisfy the customer 6 To plan service engineers/ technicians customer visits as per priority 7 To visit customers on critical calls and resolve the complaints 8 To ensure and obtain repeated customer order by efficient service. 9 To achieve the spare parts sales targets during service. 10 To validate the performance of change parts in-house to cater customers requirement 11 To maintain service documents as per formats. 12 To train in product applications to design QA, QC, Trial and Assembly Departments. 13 MIS Reporting-Daily Production, Shift Production, Machine utilization, Operator efficiency etc 14 Retention of Team Members 15 Motivating Team Members 16 Training & Development of Team members as & when required 17 Succession Planning To ensure development of Team Members who can grow into the next level FOR MORE DETAILS CONTACT: KARTHIK RAO: EMAGINE CAREERS PLACEMENTS & RECRUITERS 5, PANDAV INDUSTRIES, M.P.
