Maintaining a record of appointments and coordinate those to the right people in the office. To supervise housekeeping, keep in check up-to-date stationary items, eatables and other administrative purposes. Handling Reception Guest & Associate calls. Maintaining courier records etc. All filing work drafting letters etc. Must have basic knowledge of Word and Excel.
