Responsibilities: *Responsible to provide technical support assistance to US customers over the phone & pitch in for new software & services. *Excellent oral & written communication skills in English. *Focused towards meeting organizational objectives with a strong sense of commitment. *Flexibility to work in shifts. *Answer inbound calls as well as assist customers who have specific inquiries. *Build customers interest in the services and products offered by the company *Provide personalized customer service of the highest level. *Update the existing databases with changes and the status of each customer/prospective customer. *Calling existing customers for a routine computer health check and propose the renewal of subscription. *Follow up with customers before the expiration of their subscription plan. *Excellent communication skills. *Candidate should be OK with night shifts.
