Shop, weld shop, & Press shop Quality, Supplier Quality & also Quality at Customer end. Customer representative to fulfill customer requirement, implementation, customer coordination. Monthly monitoring of product Quality at Customer end by calculating PPM & counter measure the actions Handling of all new development products, process, interaction with customer & handling of customer complaint. Support to purchase dept. for Selection, Approve & Develop new supplier. Responsible for evaluation, monitoring, quality rating of supplier, conduct process, product audit. Develop, monitor & control new processes, quality system. Monthly preparation of KPI related to QA & present in monthly MRM in presence of top management. Responsible for conducting Product, Process & System Audit periodically at supplier end to ensure supplier Quality level & also giving technical support to them. Monthly Monitoring of supplier Quality through calculating vendor Quality rating,PPM monitoring & also Equivalent PPM & monitoring corrective actions at suppliers end to eliminate supplier part rejections & rework. To plan & procure instruments & gauges. Also to maintain, control & calibrate inspection, measuring & test equipments. To monitor & analysis rejection levels at all stages. Take corrective & preventive actions where rejection level is exceeded. To prepare & implement PPAP, APQP. To establish, monitor, control & improve the QMS (ISO/TS) at all.
