Responsible for identifying talent that meets the specific client's requirements Develop creative ways to attract the right candidate who would be interested in the opportunity. Screening of resumes to shortlist matching the requirements and conducting preliminary interviews Scheduling and coordinating interview of candidates until closure. Client management and account management. Requirement 6 Months to 2 years of Experience with consulting/staffing organization. Good Presentation skills to be able to perform client facing role. Good communication skill Hiring Lateral(Senior Level Position) and close Senior Level Position. Coordinate to the client.
