Experience: 3 years in same Field Education: Graduate or MBA With excellent communication and negotiation skills with hands on experience of channel development in Ceramic or architectural hardware industry Computer: proficient with MS Excel, Word, CRM, ERP and Internet. E-mail skills required Roles & Responsibilities: Develop existing territories/ customers and appoint new areas/ customers with Management Assist in developing sales targets and strategies in coordination with National Sales Head and management Work for establishing and developing all sales channels of company Analyze performance of customers and recommend improvements Ensure good visual merchandising at store locations – with the help of field sales team Plan and undertake visit to customer location at a pre-defined frequency Understand customer requirement and provide product solution Capture orders and ensure fulfillment Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails Respond to all inquiries Recommend product and product line enhancement options Analyze market and customer data Provide required reports to management and sales support team Work Locations: Punjab,Up(Western & Eastern), West Bengal & Orrisa, Assam, Mumbai, Rest of Maharashtra & Goa, Karnataka, AP, Kerala, TL. Salary Offered: 30k-50k(Depending on the Experience)
