Requirement of Team Leader in Reliance Communication (Broadband & Postpaid connection): Qualification: Graduation/MBA Experience: 2-4years Salary: pm Location: Lucknow Job Responsibilities: - 1.Handling the team of Executives. 2.To Introduce of the projects of the company to the clients. 3.To generate leads from the lead generations Departments. 4.Take the final confirmation from the followed clients. 5.Team Management, Coaching, and Mentoring & Co-coordinating with team members. 6. Interacting with clients. 7.Planning, delegating and monitoring the work. 8. Attend Quality calibration with Client. 9. Weekly and Monthly Review with managers. 10. Ensuring the implementation and smooth functional of Operational Activities. 11. Providing assistance to teams to improve on their performance. 12. Regular call audits of team members and giving feedback accordingly. 13. Preparing the performance report. 14. Handling the process queries. 15. Good with report generating applications.
