RESEARCH OPERATIONS MANAGER IN INDIA

Responsible for pitching and marketing of Monk Prayogshala workshops (physical and online) to potential participants (which include college students and PhD students).This can be done via social media, through Participant coordinators, directly approaching students or by approaching the appropriate professors/teachers at colleges and universities across the country.On-foot presence for MP and enabling collaborations with academic institutions for MP. For instance, selling the OS course in bulk (for the entire grade) to a college.Making calls/follow-up calls to potential participants.Maintaining and updating the CRM with respect to workshop-related participantsIncreasing Monk Prayogshala presence on social media. This can be done in three ways:  Increasing interactions and dialogues with academics, students and other relevant personalities through twitter, Facebook etc. (so, making the accounts more interactive).o Responsible for developing content (in collaboration with the content developer and REN) for MP website and social media pageso Using Search Engine Optimisation, Google Ad Words and other ways of increasing traffic to the MP website• Contributing to the blog posts• Being adept at developing and delivering presentations related to Monk Prayogshala workshops (primarily) and other MP ventures.• Have knowledge of Photoshop and/or other video and audio editing software.• Maintaining a record of all Research Projects and the stage at which they are.• Manage MP website using SquareSpace
