Roles & Responsibilities *Inventory Reconciliation (Opening Inventory) *Greet the Seller and make them seated in the waiting lounge *Routing the Seller to SRO *Sales Entry into the system (Billing) *Get the consignment note signed by Buyer *Print & Issue product certificate *Issue of bill in case of purchase of service warranty *Ensure to handover the quantity inventory associated with product *Ensure the proper wrapping or packaging of the product *Handover the consignment note, product certificate & Service Warranty bill in an envelope *Scheduling home delivery *Handover the counter cash to accountant *Filing the CC bills *Handling the Service Desk Calls *Entry of Service Jobs in to the system *Assignment of service jobs to engineers *Service Job tracking for status updates after counter checking with buyer *Handling the walk-in service requests *Issue of Service notes in case of taking the product for service job *Inform the Buyer to collect the product after service *Handover the serviced/repaired product to the concerned buyer *Get the service note signed towards acknowledgement of product receipt *Rise the Consumable Indent (Print Stationary, Packaging Material) *Rise the indent for Fuel/Offer Coupons *Confirmation of Re - consignment based on the vault availability *Re - consign the product in the system *Change the price tag for the re - consigned products *Handle Product Call-off requests *Billing for call-off charges *Take the original copy of the consignment note duly signed by the seller *Handover the product & associated quantity inventory *Inform the sellers about the expired consignments *Take the original copy of the consignment note duly signed by the seller *Handover the product & associated quantity inventory *Fill the related registers and submit to SM before leaving for the day Skills Required *Relation building Skills *Technical know how of all the products to perform the job efficiently. *Ability to communicate effectively to the customers *Good Convincing skills
