As a Sales Manager you have to pursue the following duties: 1.Meet daily with salesmen. 2.Provide training and counsel sales personnel. 3.Supervise the sales floor. 4.Assign tasks and targets to salesmen. 5.Ensure fulfillment of company sales targets.
