We are seeking candidates for following positions; Senior Manager for Sales & Marketing: Given our early stage and size, you’ll be interacting with everyone on the team, having a significant daily impact on the growth of the organization. Responsibilities:  Lead all marketing programs and develop a marketing and hiring strategy Proactive in finding solutions and trying new customer acquisition strategiesCreate and manage marketing campaigns to increase leads, opportunities and up-sell to existing customersPromote campaigns and activities that increase our web presence, visitor traffic, and lead generation.Understand, track and improve upon key marketing metricsRun analytics for performance marketing programs Requirements:Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in online & conventional B2B, B2C marketing. Proven ability to take complex concepts and ideas to create clear, concise, audience-appropriate communicationsBest communication skills with a clear, compelling writing styleEnthusiastic, positive, and energetic attitude with the power to maintain a sense of humor, even under pressureProven ability to generate creative ideas that align with our brand strategies An organized and accountable self-starter and motivatorMust be comfortable with a high-growth, small company dynamic of rolling up your sleeves and doing whatever it takes to get the job done given the constraints of time, budget and human resourcesWe are also looking for Junior Executives for Sales & Marketing of 1-2 yrs of exp.
