Sales & Operation Manager: Manage all day-to-day operations and customer service activities in the branch. Accountable for the successful end-to-end project management and delivery of customer experience projects. Managing & coordinating with all stake holders - both internal and external Should be able to track and deliver projects on time. Must be able to evaluate time/cost/quality and change request. Quality management of delivery. Identifying customer dissonances / improvement opportunities Actualizing various employee engagement. Would have to continuously engage with people on the ground to emphasize on appropriate behavior. Projects on reducing attrition of Field Executives as well as reducing escalation regarding quality of delivery experience. Must be able to travel to various delivery hubs mapped to the Manager. Proactively communicate new process or ideas to increase revenue or decrease operating cost Ensuring overall quality with adherence. Ensure quality of the branch portfolio customers, pricing, collections, management of funds Build business by identifying and selling prospects, maintaining relationship with client. Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options. Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions. Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements. Identify Service improvements by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors. Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. Should review your own aim and the performance at exceeding their targets. Display the efficiency in gathering the customers and market information.
