WE ARE HIRING CONSULTANTS FOR AN INTERNATIONAL VOICE & SEMI VOICE PROCESS (US) Duties and Tasks / Essential Functions: Obtain client information by answering telephone calls; collecting and verifying information Determine eligibility by comparing customer information to client requirements Inform clients / customers by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines set by the client Accomplish targets and organization mission by completing related results Skills / Qualifications: Fresh Graduates (candidates who are pursuing their degree through correspondence or have arrears can also apply) Good fundamental knowledge of English with excellent listening and understanding skills are required. Fluency in English is not mandatory Demonstrated proficiency in typing and working knowledge of computer software Knowledge of customer service principles and practices Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
