SENIOR IT BUSINESS ANALYST (ORACLE/ SQL) ON SINGAPORE IN INDIA

Responsibilities: • Responsible for the analysis of business requirements, design, development and testing of customized reports, SQL queries, interfaces and extension programs for the assigned scope within the project timeline. • Responsible for project deliverables including functional design specifications, system test plans and UAT support system testing. • Provide application support and maintenance - respond to inquiries for purpose of resolving problems and providing on-going supports in responsible application areas after Production implementation. • Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests according to Service Level Agreement (SLA) standards through working closely with solution vendors to resolve system bugs and problems. • Lead and manage the application configuration requirements, data mapping and cleansing activities for systems within the assigned business scope. • Support the other project activities such as training, data migration, Production implementation etc. Requirements: • Degree in Information Technology or related disciplines. • Minimum five years of work experience as a systems analyst and/or programmer. • Good foundation in defining business needs, designing and implementing solutions to improve business processes and operational effectiveness. • Good communication, technically competent and has initiative to work independently and in a team. • Ability to meet multiple deadlines and adapt to changing priorities. • Possess the knack of being proactive and taking ownership of problems • Development or Application support experience in the following platform are a definite advantage: TO APPLY: Interested Candidate send your complete documents (C.V, Qualification Details, Work-experience Details, Passport front page & last page scan copy image, one Passport size photograph) to our company email ID.
