Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics) About 4-6 yrs Experience in Installation of CNC Profile Cutting M/c's, Plasma-Cutting/Welding M/c's, or other Capital Goods like Machine Tools (VMC's etc) / Compressors / Large Gears / Boilers / Belt or Screw Conveyors / Material Handling Equipment etc. Presentable personality with acceptable communication skills * Customer Oriented * Technical Aptitude * Inter-Personal Skills, Relationship Building Abilities * Exposure to CAD, Nesting Softwares, Computer Friendly. * Ready to travel extensively in the region. Accountabilities: Managers Name: SANDEEP KANJILAL Business Unit/Function: EQUIPMENT / CS-SERVICE Position title: Service Engineer (Cutting Systems) About 4-6 yrs Experience in Installation of CNC Profile Cutting M/c's, Plasma-Cutting/Welding M/c's, or other Capital Goods like Machine Tools (VMC's etc) / Compressors / Large Gears / Boilers / Belt or Screw Conveyors / Material Handling Equipment etc. This position will be accountable for 1. Handling Service Issues in the region incld. new m/c installlation & commissioning followed by User's Training. 2. Handling of after-market and upkeep/trouble-shoot of exisiting installations. 3. Generation of revenue through invoiced-visits and Aftermarket Wear Part sale. 4. Timely and Proper reporting
