1) Handle various types of customer issues. 2) Should respect customers 3) Have to do FIRST CITIZEN LOYALTY PROGRAM as per targets 4) Well aware of the offers running at the store 5) Good relationship with staffs, seniors and all the co-workers at the store 6) Make the Customers know about the facilities they will be getting at the store 7) Plan to execute the targets as per the company norms. 8) Should have good knowledge about the offers and discounts of the particular brands / department 9) Convincing the customer regarding the latest trends. 10) Analysis and Interpretation of Customer Tests & Preferences. 11) Visual Merchandising Representative Requirements: A) Designation – Customer Care Associate (C.C.A.)
