Training Schedule Filling up of Personal Information Questionnaire & Officers Intelligence Rating Tests Officer Like qualities-Lecture & Screening Test 1st attempt after initial briefing Correction and repeating of the Screening test- 2nd attempt Individual Lecture Followed by GD- 01- Prelim of writing Psych tests Individual Lecture Followed by GD- 02- Writing of TAT Tips of how to write and what are the qualities seen by assessment officers Writing of WAT and SRT- Correction and Discussion, Writing. Out door tasks, What are the qualities are being seen by the GTO? Final writing of Psych test. Preparing for an interview. Interview by IO Group Planning Exercise Practice- 01 and Correction Final GD and Final Lecture Assessment will be done by GTO Group Obstacles, PGT, HGT, CT and FT- Assessment Presentation by Candidate on Army, Navy, IAF or Coast Guard.
