Job Description We have an Excellent Opportunity for Customer Service Executive (Non-voice) with the leading telecom Brand Vodafone. NOTE: No Calls, No Night Shifts, No Field Work TITLE:- Customer Service Representative/Front Office Executive/Store Associate JOB DESCRIPTION:- -Handling Retail Outlet and taking care of Services and Processes of Mobiles and connections. -Solving customer queries to a satisfactory level of their requirements and leaving a benchmark. -Ensuring correct and timely feedback provided. -Maintaining quality customer care service. -Creating a strong frontline image of the company. -Ensuring positive return on investments and ensuring proper operations of the outlet. JOB LOCATION:- Mumbai (Harbor/Central/Western) - Central (CST to Kalyan) - Western (Churchgate to Bhayander) - Harbor (CST to Panvel & Thane to Panvel) Job location would be as per candidate s location. Working hours: 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Salary:- P.A. Gross /- to /- (Includes PF +ESIC+ Medical Claim) Incentives up to /- Medical claim and Insurance cover up to 1lakh. Education:- -Any Graduate -Smart and energetic candidates who have the zeal to perform and grow at the same time. -Pleasant personality and street smart. -Confident and good at Communication. -Fresher s or Experienced in any field would do. -Graduates required. -Candidates who are waiting for their TY Result/TY appeared can apply but should clear FY, SY, and TY up to 5th Semester. -Age Criteria below 29 years. -ATKT in Final year can also apply.
