Job Description We're looking for people who have 5+ years of teaching experience in Math s and English from 1st to 8th grade Will lead the curriculum design of our products and services, to ensure that these products are truly delivering on their promise of high quality impact in learning outcomes. Able to design the assessments and teaching plans for our offline partners based be it digital or offline content Coordinate with production and pre-production teams and provide the support during the production. Continuous research on latest pedagogy techniques and able to adapt the same while developing the content. Will involve spending significant time at our offline partners, observing our products in use and engaging with stakeholders to review/evaluate the content for quality Take ownership for designing a mechanism to measure learning outcomes and to then ensure that our products are delivering improved outcomes to our offline partners and students. Lead the process of mapping state and central board syllabus for Math s and English and ensure that our products are fully compatible to all these school boards. Create awareness of our products and demonstrate thought leadership by delivering talks in seminars and events, and by designing and conducting our own marketing strategy. Key Accountability High ability in developing creative curriculum, videos, interactive distance learning sessions and Computer-Based Training (CBT) design for both classroom and web-based delivery systems Created and develop new lesson plan formats for each class level that meet the needs of each student in the classroom from 1st to 8th grade Train and mentor less experienced teachers on classroom management strategies, effective instructional and planning practices in the K12 segment Plan, implement, and evaluate various testing areas; develop an assessment based platform online and through physical worksheets.
