We provide comprehensive and non – comprehensive agreement to customers only for copiers: 1) T.G Agreement [total guarantee]: In our TG agreement we cover everything from services, spare parts etc; It helps in reducing possibility of breakdowns [NOTE – This does not cover paper and electricity charges]. T.G agreement is applicable only on output of 25,000 copies on an A-3 machine (per month) 2) NON – COMPREHENSIVE ANNUAL MAINTAINENCE CONTRACT FOR COPIERS: In this contract we provide you 12 services per year i.e. one service per month.
