Set the M1 to your personal fitness level and receive training guidance during your workout. The M1 automatically switches between 3 heart rate zones to ensure you stay within your ideal heart rate zone.   Heart Rate Monitor:  The M1 comes with the Suunto Basic Heart Rate Belt so you can monitor your HR while you exercise.
