Hardware: HP, IBM, Dell, and Intel Based Server and Desktop Platforms, Manageable Switch Handling, VPN Configuration, Firewalls Implementation and trouble Shooting System Administrator Software: MS Office, outlook, windows mail configuration & trouble shooting, basic commands of Linux platform, firmware updation of firewall & storage, trouble shooting of all basic application and installation of manageable antivirus and client update, Remote support for end user, RAID Concept.
