Title: TECH Sales Associate Reports to:Subject Matter expert/ Team Lead Sales Based at:GURGAON Job Description- Ability to understand/ diagnose the customer's technical problem and action accordingly. Responsible for individual sales revenue target (predetermined by the business). Handling irate/demanding customers - where necessary, in a tactical manner. Achieve Call Quality requirements as outlined via Call Monitoring Guidelines Emphasizing on key words, handling objections and using product/service benefits to respond to customer s queries Open to feedback & learning Skills Required Should have sound knowledge of latest/upcoming products/processes & services Should have excellent English communication skills. Open to work in 24x7 / rotational shifts. Minimum 12 months of relevant experience in an International Voice based process. Experience in inbound Technical Sales, POP-UP CALLS. Bachelor s Degree/3 years diploma/12th passed out in 2011 or prior/Graduation drop out.
