Any BPO/Customer Support experience would be an added advantage but not must. This position is based from our Hyderabad, India office Willing to work in NIGHT SHIFT as per US time zone* Resource HuntGroup is not the consultancy Training will be provided for selected candidates 1) The role involves understanding US clients hiring requirements thoroughly, client's business, type of role, nature of the profile etc 2) Typically this involves researching for profiles of candidates with considerable experience and knowledge in their respective fields 3) Screen the profiles, and select suitable candidates 4) Have an initial round of discussion. This is where the value addition the candidates we hire comes into picture.
