Hi, We have urgent opening for –“TECHNICAL SALES EXECUTIVES”. JOB DESCRIPTION 1.Direct Interaction with customers located in the US over the Phone/ remote connection/chat support as the first face to the customer (Inbound) 2.New customer acquisition by way of both Inbound calls. 3.Ensure call standards are maintained with respect to greeting, problem identification, proposed solution and conclusion 4.Should be able to understand the Scope of Support of the organization. 5. Handle pre-sales queries regarding the service and assist customer. 6. Handling/Managing irate customers. 7. Educate customers about the features and the benefits of the subscriptions to improve sales and customer satisfaction 8.Enrolling customers for handleling troubleshooting queries regarding computers, laptops, operating systems and computer hardware update customers on latest information on the product or service. 9. follow-up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved. 10.Managing and updating customer database based on the troubleshooting performed on the session. 11. Up-sell appropriate products during the course of the call. 12.Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with other members of the team. 13. Achieve Call Quality requirements as outlined via Call Monitoring Guidelines Achieve Productivity requirements as outlined via Operation scorecard 14. Participate in performance improvement task forces as needed and look at continuously raising the bar for Customer satisfaction. 15. Achieve individual & team targets. 16.Adherence to all company policy and procedures. Demonstrate a high degree of integrity in the performance of one’s responsibilities. Person is expected to treat all information related to customer database and business line with strict confidecial.
