Tele Sales / voice process / customer support Employee will be responsible for making outcall the customer for generating leads & closing sales over the phone (will be responsible for handling calls about New Business and Renewal) and maintaining good customer relationships. An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills.The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business. Qualification Required: Fresher or Experience- Need minimum 6 months relevant Experience. 10+2, Graduate & Undergraduates. B.Tech freshers are not allowed. Languages Required: Good In English and Hindi Mandatory (With Regional Languages) Shift Timing: General Day Shift (9:30 Am to 7:00 Pm) Salary Range: Minimum with 1.5 Lakhs to 2.0 Lakhs & Additional Incentives Net Take Upto 18,000 and Incentive upto 20,000 & above.
