Job Profile âTitle â Tele Caller (Tele Calling Executive) Company â Krono TechnologiesDepartment â Data Entry / Tele Calling Location â MumbaiReporting To â Head (DE/TC)Job Purpose âTo complete the given task of Tele Calling work or Call Verification assignment within a specific timeframe with adequate Accuracy and Speed.Duties & Responsibilities â? Responsible for performing Tele Calling work based on clientâs requirement? Responsible to carry out Call Verification work or Calling assignment? To conduct Tele Calling either Inbound or Outbound as per the work requirement? Responsible for completion of Daily Targets of Call Assignment? To get acquainted with Call Assignment requirements, Pitching Text, etc. and carry out theassignment within a specific Time Frame? Responsible for Client Interaction as per the work assignment? To maintain Volume Tone adequately as per the Work Assignment? Responsible to update the Call Assignment work / data using a specific Software or Tool or CallManagement Application (as applicable and as per the work assignment)? Responsible to carry out Call Assignment / Business Assignment for KRONO (as applicable and asper the instruction given by Reporting Manager)Reports / MIS â? Responsible to submit the Daily / Weekly / Monthly Report related to regular work (as per theinstructions given by the Reporting Manager)?
