TERRITORY MANAGER IN INDIA
RESPONSIBILITIES⢠Create, manage database of service dealers in allocated areas in Bangalore.⢠Approach, convince and enrol automotive service providers in Bangalore region. Meet with Service Dealers, independent workshops, specialist service providers, negotiate the terms of agreement, convince them to enrol to our services⢠Expect to be on the road meeting service providers at least 4 out of 5 days in a week⢠Will be responsible for number of dealer enrolments and ensuring usage of Xenon solution  ⢠Address customer issues with Service dealers and ensure improvement in customer experience. Follow up on feedbacks provided by Car Owners.⢠Regularly visit Service Dealers and maintain relationship by giving them support, information and necessary training and guidance⢠Ensuring appropriate and timely usage of marketing materialsREQUIREMENTS⢠At least Bachelorâs degree⢠Knowledge of the automobile service industry would be ideal⢠Demonstrated strong results, good at negotiations and convincing B2B customers, ⢠1-2 yearsâ experience in the field sales/service business ⢠Process oriented, self-motivated, team worker⢠Fluency in spoken and written English and Kannada/TamilÂ
