Job Description Designation: Territory Manager Education: Essential- Any Graduate preferably BMS, MBA. Experience: Minimum experience of 6year. Experience should be only in sales & marketing in any of these FMCG, Automobiles, Telecom, Education, Banking and insurance, media, space selling etc.) Age: yrs. Gender: Both males as well as females. Brief about the job: 1. Managing 4-6 branches network in his territory 2. Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counselling, skills development and product knowledge development. 3. Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible, and advising senior management on maximising business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish. 4. Responsible for managing the sales team, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organisations presence throughout his territory. 5. Assist in the development of the annual marketing plan, specifically advising on: realistic forecasts for each product and territory (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales effort), realistic costs of operating the sales force; and sales promotion programme plans. 6. Responsible for the planning, recruitment, direction, organisation and control of Branch managers and marketing executives to accomplish specific objectives. 7. Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports, cyclical sales meetings, sales newsletters and electronic bulletins. 8. Personally observe the performance of teams on the field on a regular basis. Skills required: target oriented, proactive, cohesive team player, Good energy levels and people skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, ready to work under pressure for long hours. Pay Package: Salary around 6 lakhs + DA p.m. + incentives
