Job description:- Deliver Product and Process Training Take up new hire Training batches Maintain attrition and throughput as per process guidelines Coach and Counsel where-ever needed Desired Skills and Experience:- Prefer Only Female candidates. 1-5 years experience in International BPO. Candidate have minimum knowledge of trainer in Technical/Non-technical Outbound process is MUST Should have International Voice process experience. Must be open to all shifts especially for night shift Graduates or +2 in any stream can apply. Excellent communication skills. Candidates should have good analytical and people skills with knowledge. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to confidently source and approach new prospects, utilizing excellent presentation Skill.
