The Telesales / Telemarketing Representative will be selling resume writing services to its customers via telephone calls or email communications. Manage phone calls and provide response to all calls while maintaining high quality of services and performance standards. Facilitate sales of all services according to clients requirement. Must be able to close the sale of services over phone call and through followups. Sales typically made through inbound telephone sales activities. May have limited outbound call responsibility. Responds to customer inquiries for the purpose of taking orders. May respond to web and/or email enquiries and orders. Focuses on retaining and growing an existing customer base. May also be involved in order fulfillment, post-sales or administrative related activities. May perform customer database tracking activities. Administer all customer complaints and ensure timely resolution within required guidelines.
