PARTICULARS OF EMPLOYER Type of Industry: CONSTRUCTION SECTOR Nature of Business: The company specializes in Structural steel works, A & A and building and Engineering works. PARTICULARS OF WORKER Position: Structural Steel Project Coordinator Number of worker: 1 Gender / Age Range: Male, >24 years old Education level: Relevant Degree Requirement: Able to read and understand steel structural drawings Familiar with welding procedure so that can know whether workers doing the right thing or not. Occasionally may need to do hands-on welding if job requires. Must have minimum 2 years of similar working experience (whether in SG or overseas) Possess Singapore Class 3 driving licence an advantage but not necessary Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS office Able to write and communicate in English well Work Duties: In charge of steel fabrication workshop and team of Fitters & Welders Control the steel production workflow and QA/QC to meet schedule Liaise with Client/Supplier, RTO and Inspector for site installation Produce daily production and manpower, equipment maintenance record Monitor and ordering of materials and consumables General Safety and Housekeeping of the workshop Any other ad-hoc duties EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS AND REMUNERATION Basic Salary: $2,000/month and above, subject to Permit Type: S Pass working experience Contract Length: 2 Years Working Days: Mon-Sat Working Hours: 8am to 5pm but with OT may Rest Days: 4 off days per month (Sundays) occasionally work up till 10pm. Sick Leave: As per company policy Over-Time: Commission: N.A. Included in salary Accommodation: Meal: N.A. Self-source, allowance included in salary Other Allowance and Benefits: N.A. REMARKS There may be occasions where you will be required to work OT even up till 10pm and more. Cannot choose not to work OT if required because it is included already in the salary.
