Fluent English is mandatory Qualification: Graduate in IT Only (BSC, BCS, BCA, MCA, BCM, BBA) With MSCIT Mandatory) Typing Speed: 30 wpm + with 90% Accuracy Experience: Min. 1 Year (In call center only) Languages: English, Hindi, Marathi. 1. System analyst should understand the entire working of the Department including organization structure, hierarchy, function, Departmental services, Geographical distribution of IGR offices, working style etc. 2. Primarily it shall be responsible for transferring grievance captured through call centre to the correct officer in the Department for its immediate reprisal. 3. Following up with the officers of the Department for the grievance reprisal as per escalation matrix. 4. It may be required to do outbound calls to better understand grievance of the caller, update him about the grievance status etc. 5. System analyst should assist Call Centre Supervisor in preparing various reports, doing invoice calculations and other activities. 6. System analyst should be able to work as CCO in case of higher load of calls. 7. System analyst should be able to work as Call Centre Supervisor in absence of regular supervisor. 8. System Analyst may also need to respond to citizen queries through email and web portal. 9. System Analyst should help Department in improving Call Centre Content Management.
