Urgent Vacancy in Leading company- Customer Relations Executive(Back office in Complain Dept.) · To act as an interface between the Customer and the Company by maintaining high level of customer satisfaction and responsiveness · To meet quality standards set by the Company to ensure Customer Satisfaction · To handle all customer complaints and resolve within specified TAT & escalate matters (basis escalation matrix) for further action as and when required · To highlight gaps & suggest process changes in facilitate reduction of customer complaints Eligibility- Graduate, good oral and written communication Salary- 1.8 lakh to 2Lakh P.A. Shifts- General Shift (9 a.m. to 6 p.m.) Work offs- 6 in a month Call - Tabassum
