Job Position: US IT Recruiter Educational Qualification: B.E/B.TECH (CSE, IT, ECE, EEE), MBA Job Location: Trichy, Tamil Nadu Job Responsibilities: Expertise in screening candidates, interviews, sourcing strategies, personality evaluations and gauging requirement fit.. Establish relationships with clients in specified region. Screen and build a pipeline of candidates and provide a constant source of candidates for up and coming requirements Interview prospective candidates and educate candidates on our process. Negotiate with candidates, extend offers, negotiate compensation and facilitate the placement of candidates. Responsible for increasing number of qualified applicants in database. Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements. Coordinating Client Interview Periodic Client Feedback/ Reviews Proficient in recruiting technical resources for key positions in medium size projects and large delivery programs Demonstrated ability to work across multiple business units, varied verticals ans service offerings and diverse technology spread Must be willing to work in the night shift.
