Position Summary: This position exists to ensure the following: Production line is running smoothly Manage the shift and direct Target & deadlines are to achieve the order. Company s health safety procedures are maintained. B. Key Responsibilities: See to it that production is not interrupt. Machines are not being misused. Helpers are not sit idle. No interruption material shifting. Plant is in proper order before shift change. All machines are running atit s full capacity. Maintain workflow. Maintain safe and clean work environment. Take full responsibility of the shift. Take full responsibility of quality. Maintaining housekeeping standards. Use the company resource and used in an effective manners.
