Job Description: Incumbent has minimum 0.6 Years of experience into US IT Recruitment and Staffing as a Technical Recruiter & Sourcing in multiple technologies or at least 1 years of experience in Domestic recruitment. Worked in RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) Business. Worked on various requirements and contract positions like C2C, W hourly / Salaried Fulltime positions. Should have the knowledge on working extensively with Green Card Holders, US Citizens for Fulltime, Contact/Contract to Hire Job Orders with International Clients. Experience on H1B hiring and Marketing the consultants. Expertise in sourcing, qualifying, screening and interviewing candidates. Expertise in sourcing resumes from job boards and making cold calls. Source and screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, recommend qualified candidates to Accounts manager for interviews, check references, Update candidates on the recruitment process, and negotiate and close desirable candidates in a very competitive talent market. Screening the profiles and scrutinizing the resource by having a brief conversation over the phone and submitting the resume to the Client. Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates. Conferred with management and supervisors to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications and skills. Coordination, communications between consultant, clients and managers. Use effective resourcing strategies such as Portals, Dice, Internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals, and direct mailing & resume databases. Computer skills (advanced Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel) Special Skills required: Staffing, Consulting. Recruiting I.T. Professionals for direct US Clients, screening them before presenting the profile to the client, Salary: As per the expectation.
