Duties of Support Analyst include: Assisting customers with all business process and operational issues related to daily business process flow. Providing discovery, analysis and support of internal and external customers. Working with customers to spec rate issue or booking issue, also maintain corrections within the system for easy business handling. Working with clients, users and business prospects and communicate based on customer needs and requirements. Analyze situation cases by case basis and ensure changes and modification are done with quality work. Training customers how to use new and existing application on remote basis. Creating weekly status documentation and training materials for operation workflow. Analyze the market trend and provide necessary recommendation for business process and software enhancement. Understanding business requirements easily with minor training. Other related duties as necessary to maintain good customer relationships. Personal Characteristics: Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English. Speak clearly and use excellent communication skills. Think logically and analyze complex problems. Pay attention to details and use abstract logic at the same time. Remain patient and persistent when dealing with frustrating problems and frustrated users. Get along with all kinds of people.
