VIRTUAL IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN - TECHNICAL SUPPORT IN INDIA

We are looking for a Virtual IT Support Technician You will be part of our IT team whose primary job is to support the company for 24/7 troubleshooting different kinds of technical problems in a virtual call center environment. This position requires that you work in different shifts and weekends based on schedule. You will work in a multi-national team, so fluency in English is mandatory. You will work from your home so you MUST have a quiet location to work from. This position primary job is to provide technical support to company employees, executives, including agents, managing incidents/tickets and change orders. Provide support on specific company software, Web phones / Softphones, Mail clients etc. Other tasks and duties: Monitor server infrastructure, maintaining technical documentation and working under defined IT procedures / daily tasks. Candidate requirements: As you will work from home personal computer is required. You will also need good & stable Internet connection. Quiet location to work in. 2+ years’ experience in providing customer support / help desk team - taking phone calls, technical troubleshooting, etc. 2+ years’ experience in Windows7/10 OS, MS Office support and application support Excellent written and verbal communication skills - English language Excellent customer service skills, with ability to work on several tasks at once with interruptions Must be both a team player and willing to work independently.
